Creative approaches to team development

Bring the team together in new ways to work creatively towards shared or individual goals, explore challenges, problem-solve, learn more about each other and have fun.

Through guided, experiential and reflective art-making, participants can access different ways of thinking, communicating and understanding themselves and others. No artistic experience is required — the focus is on the process rather than the finished artwork.

Sally has previous experience facilitating creative and art therapy sessions within the pharmaceutical industry, using experiential and reflective processes to support personal and professional development within teams.

Her current practice builds on this foundation, drawing on counselling, group facilitation, trauma-informed practice and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create thoughtful and engaging experiences that support connection, reflection and growth..

Testimonials

“I was a sceptic regarding this workshop, but I was surprised at how it made me feel afterwards. I have done a number of team building exercises in the past but this was by far the most enjoyable. It really made me think about the task at hand and also highlighted the importance of planning ahead and having a goal and building a solid structure around that goal. Sally, was a fantastic facilitator of the session and I felt glad I was in safe hands while doing the workshop. It was a different way of thinking about our careers goals and planning, but one of the best workshops that I have attended and glad I did. I would highly recommend it to anyone group or organisation that Is considering doing it for themselves or their team. P.S. I chose the clay to work with, and it was not what I would normally choose, as it put me outside my comfort zone, but the end result was awesome.”
